I: Keep your finger about an inch below the “best score counter in the upper left corner of the screen. This is the top of most of the fruit’s ascent and keeping your finger in this area makes for straighter and more consistent slicing.

II: If you see a bomb mixed in amongst the fruit, wait until they start to descend and separate before trying to slice.

III: As most fruit is round and clusters in a line from left to right, it is more advisable to make horizontal slices rather than vertical ones.

IV: You can activate multiple frozen banana power-ups at once without canceling each other out.

V: Keeping your finger on the pad, using more than one finger and making circular slices will reduce the likelihood of being awarded a combo.

VI: If a cluster of fruit is tossed up at once, go after the smaller ones first, because they descend quicker and require more accuracy to slice.

VII: Swipe your finger over the fruit to slice it in half. You can use as many fingers as you want at once for multiple slices to occur.
